Classes by groups 3 & 4

Hi everyone, welcome back to another entry馃槈

This week we had groups 3 and 4 teach their lesson and they did a great job but unfortunately there were only 3 students, but that didn't discourage any of the groups and many of our classmates were kind enough to help them and they were part of the class as well.

Group 3 taught the simple present along with the daily routine, first they taught some new vocabulary and taught the students the name of different holidays and what they did on those special occasions.

They also handed a worksheet for students to practice what they just learned and here we have teacher Jonathan helping one of his students, it is really nice when students take us seriously!

For the wrap up they had each and everyone of them play a memory chain game and they had to create a daily routine following the activity the previous classmate had said.

Group 4 had the same topic and taught similar things but they had a different way to do it and that is why both classes were really interesting on their own.

They taught the simple present structure to help students form their senteces regarding their daily routine.

They played a video for the students to watch and write down the information.

Grroup 3 also used a video about the daily routine for the students, they all practiced the structure and solved a worksheet as well.

I had to stand up to take this picture just because I found it really nice how the students were all working on their activity and how they were alll focused and practicing what they just learned.

And that was it for this week's lessons, even though some of the students struggled with certain elements of the topic and mainly grammar, my classmates were kind enough to help them and teach them the right way to do things and the most important thing is that they also teach with patience, which is key to being a great teacher.

Next week my group will be teach our second and final lessons and we are already planning on what to do so stay tuned for that and thank you for reading this entry, bye-bye!馃憢
